How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fossi.co.uk Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK. International shipping will be available soon.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take 2–5 working days within the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £55.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How do I return an item?
Email support@fossi.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the reason for return, and any supporting images if necessary. Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

What sizes do you offer?
Our tees are available in sizes XS to $XL. Please refer to our size chart for exact measurements.
What are your t-shirts made from?
All FOSSI tees are made from lightweight, breathable ring-spun cotton (Bella + Canvas 3001).
How do I care for my t-shirt?
For best results, wash inside out on a cool setting and air dry. Avoid tumble drying to keep your tee looking its best.
